Senior Electrical Engineer
The Electrical Engineer is accountable for managing project electrical interfaces with clients, designers, suppliers, and constructors of Goldwind Africa’s projects.
Key Responsibilities Exploit and manage electrical BOP partners for wind farms, including but not limited to design houses, electrical construction subcontractors, main electrical components suppliers etc. Manage project electrical proposal process, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation; assist with bidding under EPC scope in South Africa and other African countries. Clarify and negotiate scope of work and specifications with clients/contractors; identify changes and associated costs. Develop and implement engineering systems, tools, documents, and procedures for Goldwind Africa. Manage design and documentation reviews with external engineering resources to ensure compliance with project objectives.
