Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional engineer with 8–12 years of experience who serves as a technical leader on complex, multidisciplinary projects. You have a deep and broad base of practical knowledge and can independently drive projects from concept through delivery. You are comfortable leading electrical engineering efforts, mentoring junior engineers, and engaging directly with clients and stakeholders to define scope, manage expectations, and communicate results.
You are motivated to document and communicate the elements of your designs to fellow teammates and clients. You thrive contributing to and leading teams from multiple disciplines including: mechanical, electrical, software, and human factors engineers; industrial and human interface designers, usability specialists, and design strategists.
