Requirement Validation: Review sales handovers to eliminate technical scope gaps. Concept Engineering: Co-develop automation machine concepts with the mechanical team. Technical Authority: Leverage deep controls expertise for rapid architectural decisions. Component Sourcing: Evaluate and select PLCs, robots, vision systems, and servos. Vendor Management: Conduct trials with manufacturers to balance technical and commercial goals.Team Management & Execution
Resource Leadership: Guide a team of 3+ controls design engineers. Project Monitoring: Track daily tasks, project costs, and manday utilization.
