Role Summary

The Senior Design Technology Specialist is responsible for driving the adoption implementation and continuous improvement of design technologies across Architecture Structure MEP Interiors Landscape and Façade disciplines. The role supports digital transformation initiatives through research, standards development, automation training and technology deployment to improve project delivery efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and support of design technology solutions across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Research, evaluate and pilot emerging technologies, AI tools, BIM workflows and digital delivery platforms.
• Develop and maintain BIM, CAD, computational design and digital delivery standards, templates and best practices.
