The **Senior Director, Site Lead, Anngrove** has end-to-end accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, and strategic execution, ensuring the site continues to perform as a world-class manufacturing operation. Shapes and sustains a Lean manufacturing culture at the core of the business while building high employee engagement and advancing Anngrove’s position as a global leader in 3D printing technology.
