The Senior Director, Sales Programs will lead the strategy, creation and execution of high-impact sales programs that improve pipeline generation, conversion, and seller productivity. This role is critical to aligning Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to deliver a cohesive, data-driven GTM motion.
