About The Role
As Senior Director, ISC Engineering Equipment, you will be responsible for end-to-end leadership of equipment design, integration, and vertical ramp-up across BD manufacturing sites globally in alignment with business growth, quality, cost, delivery, and regulatory requirements. You will lead a team of professional engineers, providing strategic engineering leadership, technical expertise, and people development while steering the technical roadmap and driving global standardisation, operational readiness, and performance optimisation of automated manufacturing equipment.
Strategy & Leadership
- Define and drive the global technology strategy for equipment engineering
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing global engineering teams
- Drive standardisation and modernisation across manufacturing sites
- Act as escalation point for critical production, quality, and supplier issues
