The **Senior Director, Human Resources** is a strategic, enterprise-level HR leader reporting in to the SVP of Huma Resources responsible for shaping and executing people strategies that drive organizational performance, culture, and long-term growth across Generac.
This role partners closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment between talent strategies and business objectives while leading large-scale initiatives across the full employee lifecycle.
