Senior Director, Global Transformation & CX Excellence

Insulet seeks a Sr. Director, Business Transformation and Customer Experience for IGBS to lead solution design, BPM, and CI, champion an enterprise CX mindset, and report on process performance across Insulet. You will interface with GPOs and build enterprise standards and tools.

The role includes forming a CI team, deploying BPM tools and automation, and shaping the IGBS Service Catalog and CX-driven improvements to business processes.
