We're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to own our digital paid channels — strategy, execution, and results. You live in the data: you pull it, you question it, you know when it's telling the truth. You see brand and performance as one system, not two departments. You thrive inside a fast-moving creative testing process, and you have real opinions on measurement— including where it breaks down. Above all, you're obsessed with winning: finding the unlock, not just the optimization. You'll work closely with content, lifecycle, product, and design — bringing people with you, not around them. - Own strategy, execution, and optimization across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, CTV, etc.).
- Control budget allocation, targeting, and bidding to drive ROI.
