- Monitor and evaluate the retail market to understand innovation in different sectors.
- Work with commercial teams to define briefs for all new fixture development, considering cost, design, delivery and ESG.
- Prepare and present board papers requesting project CAPEX approval.
- Follow ASW procurement process, conducting tenders and quotation processes.
- Collaborate with the space planning team to understand the space and location of new solutions, agreeing target stores based on segment.
