Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage desktop support and end-user IT support teams.
- Deliver high-touch, white-glove support for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Oversee endpoint lifecycle management, including provisioning, patching, security, and asset governance.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and adherence to service standards.
- Manage support operations across distributed or regional teams.
- Partner with IT and security teams to maintain secure and compliant environments.
- Manage vendors, service providers, and operational budgets.
- Drive continuous improvement in IT support processes and user experience.
