What will you do?

As a Senior Roads Designer, you will transform engineering concepts into constructible designs that shape the future of transport infrastructure. You will play a vital role in developing high‑quality design models, drawings, and documentation that support the safe and efficient delivery of roads and highways projects.

You’ll be part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary team working on some of Australia’s most significant transport infrastructure projects, reimagining how roads can shape a more sustainable and connected world. You are also expected to:

• Develop and produce detailed road and civil design models to produce drawings using 12d Model.
• Interpret design standards and translate engineering input into 3D models and provide outputs for plan production.
• Collaborate with engineers and drafters to ensure accuracy, constructability, and integration of design elements.
