Senior Designer

Lead end-to-end creative direction for all brand and corporate collateral, including visual aids, leave-behind literature (LBLs), detailing aids, brochures, and product monographs for the field force. Own the visual identity and brand guidelines across all therapy divisions, ensuring consistency across print, digital, and in-clinic materials. Design and oversee creation of digital assets social media creatives, e-detailing content, webinars, and CME presentation decks. Partner with Regulatory Affairs to ensure all promotional and packaging artwork complies with the Uniform Code for Pharmaceutical Marketing Practices (UCPMP) and applicable Drugs & Cosmetics Act provisions. Provide creative input on primary and secondary packaging, cartons, and labels in coordination with Regulatory and Supply Chain teams.
