️ The Role
As Senior Design Manager, you will take responsibility for managing and coordinating the design process across major construction projects from pre‑construction through to completion.
- Leading and managing multidisciplinary design teams
- Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams
- Managing design risk, change control and technical queries
- Ensuring designs meet programme, cost and compliance requirements
- Supporting pre‑construction activities, tender processes and bid submissions
