This senior role requires 5-8 years of experience in demand planning, merchandise planning, or a related supply chain field. You will influence cross-functional stakeholders and challenge assumptions using complex data. Your responsibilities include owning the demand forecast and continuously improving forecast accuracy using statistical models and advanced planning software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the rolling 12-18 month demand forecast
• Drive consensus across IBP cycle stakeholders
• Mentor and develop the planning team
• Shape statistical forecasting methodology and models
• Lead scenario planning and risk management
Requirements:
• 5-8 years in demand planning and forecasting
• Strong data analysis and Excel proficiency
• Experience with advanced planning software
