Senior Delivery Operations Lead (Pakistan) - BPO Performance

Delivery Hero's foodpanda division is seeking an experienced operations professional to act as the on-site point of contact for our BPO partner, ensuring alignment with Glovo standards and performance targets.

You will own day-to-day performance, monitor key KPIs, collaborate with BPO management and WFM teams, and drive rapid, data‑driven improvements across the hub and its processes. Frequent travel to HQ (Barcelona) and SEE hubs is expected.
