Senior Data Scientist
About the Role
Our client is a product and engineering consultancy building AI-native software for large enterprise stakeholders. As they roll out AI agents and automation across a major customer operation, they need a senior data scientist to prove the work is actually moving the needle. This is the analytics and value side of the program: baselining how the business runs today, defining where the value is, and then measuring whether the AI and automation deliver it.
You will work closely with the delivery team and client stakeholders to build the business cases, set the KPIs, and stand up the dashboards that keep the whole program honest. This is not a heads-down modeling role. It is for someone who is comfortable in front of executives, can turn messy process reality into clear metrics, and knows how to tell whether an initiative paid off.
