The NYC Department of Design and Construction, Project Controls Division, seeks a Senior Data Scientist. The primary responsibility of the successful candidate will be advance project risk identification during design and construction. They will work on significant data science projects, such as risk identification modeling. They will analyze historical project data (structured and unstructured) to extract and share out insights related to cost and schedule performance. The selected candidate will source, clean and structure data in support of analysis using statistics, machine learning and AI to uncover the relationships that drive project performance.
