Responsible for maintaining strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring excellent service and smooth operational and financial processes.

Acts as the link between the client and internal teams, monitoring shipments, managing quotations, and ensuring the accuracy of information.

Manages collections, analyzes statements, and provides support to resolve outstanding issues, aiming to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed in a related field
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience coordinating LCL import shipments, and knowledge of freight forwarding and NVOCC operations
