Senior Customer Experience Specialist – Hybrid (Orders & Returns)

Honeywell is seeking a Sr Cust Exp Specialist at our San Luis Potosí site on a Hybrid schedule. You will manage complex customer interactions, handle inquiries about orders, shipments, repairs, and returns, and partner with multiple functions to resolve issues.

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will drive process improvements and oversee the order lifecycle to enhance operational efficiency and customer loyalty.
