The Senior Custom Crop Applicator plays a critical role in supporting local farmers by safely and accurately applying fertilizers and crop protection products. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, values independence, and has strong technical knowledge of custom crop application. Hours can be long and variable during peak agronomy season with opportunities for overtime and some downtime during harvest.
Key Responsibilities

Apply liquid and dry fertilizers and crop protection chemicals according to agronomic recommendations and label directions

Operate and maintain liquid sprayers, floaters, and related application equipment
