Senior Credit Controller | Global Collections Lead (Hybrid)

Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a global publisher and assessment organisation, is seeking a Senior Credit Controller to manage credit and collections for Regular accounts. The role acts as deputy to the Assistant Credit Manager, overseeing offshore teams and aligning two legacy teams for a cohesive global function.

You will work with leadership to drive change, ensure compliance with audits, GDPR, and policies, and maintain high stakeholder trust across onshore and offshore locations.
