egg in Dubai is seeking a Freelance Senior Creative Lead to join us full-time for a few months with strong potential for a permanent role. You will lead the creative development of event concepts, design immersive guest journeys, and manage resources to deliver standout experiences.

Role requires 7+ years in creative management within agency experiential or event environments, a strong portfolio, and the ability to collaborate across teams. On-site in Dubai with English & Arabic fluency.
