As Senior Counsel for Uline’s Canadian operations, you serve as a key advisor to leadership, guiding complex legal matters and aligning legal strategy with business objectives. Responsibilities
Support Canada operations and legal matters, partnering with leadership to ensure business goals align with laws and regulations. Collaborate with U.S. teams to assess commercial transactions and align legal strategy to achieve desired business outcomes. Proactively identify legal and regulatory risks and raise issues as needed. Conduct legal research and prepare documents, offering guidance to business leaders on a variety of legal issues. Partner with management and HR to evaluate, develop, and implement employment practices, policies, and compliance programs. Qualifications
