Senior Corporate Lawyer will help design strategies and legal solutions in response to our clients' needs, ensuring they are handled with the highest level of diligence, ethics, and professionalism. In addition, they will participate in the drafting of contracts, legal audits, and advisory services for mergers and acquisitions.
