What You Will Do
- Support Board and committee meetings by preparing materials, drafting minutes, managing formalities and shareholder liaisons.
- Advise on corporate governance across the Group, while supporting legal entity matters, including set‑up, acquisitions and reorganisations.
- Review and maintain governance documents by developing policies, templates and processes, including signature authority.
- Drive governance projects and improve workflows, including the use of AI tools.
- Maintain documentation and ensure proper archiving, while also preparing memos, presentations and delivering training to stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Have at least 5 years of corporate governance experience in Switzerland.
- Experience in establishing standards and processes across a group of legal entities incorporated in different jurisdictions.
