Job Description
Position Summary:
The Senior Cook at Dining Terraces is a culinary leader responsible and accountable for all aspects of the kitchen, including accurately and efficiently preparing, portioning, cooking, and presenting various hot and cold food items and ensuring timely food production by other culinary team members through monitoring and assistance. They will prepare and cook food according to recipes and production guidelines while adhering to food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures.
Supervision:
This position reports to the Manager of Dining Terraces.
Responsibilities:
+ Lead peers in daily kitchen operations.
+ Arrange daily operations to ensure culinary teammates have appropriate equipment, inventory, and resources to perform their jobs and meet goals and deadlines.
