Job Title

Senior Conveyancing Lawyer / Senior Conveyancing Clerk

Location: Plaza Arkadia, Desa Park City, Kuala Lumpur

Future Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Medan Tuanku, Kuala Lumpur office in 2027.

Responsibilities

1. Handle conveyancing matters independently, including sub-sale transactions and all related conveyancing matters until completion.
2. Draft and review Sale and Purchase Agreements, financing and security documentation (applicable to Senior Conveyancing Lawyer; Senior Conveyancing Clerk assists in preparation and processing of documents).
3. Monitor and respond promptly to bank portals and any other system portals.
4. Attend to and respond to correspondence from bankers, clients, developers, solicitors and financial institutions in a timely manner.
5. Liaise effectively with clients, developers, financial institutions, government authorities and other relevant parties.
