Senior Contracts Manager

• Work Location: Changi, Project Office at Lavender area
• Working days: 5.5 days 8am to 5pm, alt sat full day
• Salary: $8000 to $12000 (depends on experience)

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in contract management within the construction industry.
• Proven track record in leading contract teams and managing tenders for large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction law, procurement practices, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in contract management software and the MS Office Suite.
