Airswift seeks a proactive Contract Formation Specialist for a 1-year contract in Calgary, supporting our Oil & Gas client. This role is vital for negotiating and executing commercial agreements.
This senior position requires 10+ years of experience in commercial contracting or procurement. You will lead the end-to-end tendering process while collaborating with various stakeholders, including Engineering and Legal. Your focus will be on ensuring compliance with legal frameworks and effectively managing risks throughout the contracting lifecycle.
