Job Description
You will participate in the development and fulfillment of contract requirements for the purchase or sale, and delivery of equipment, materials, products, or services. Participates in contract negotiations, manages contract performance, and resolves disputes. Evaluates contract compliance and provides guidance on contractual rights and obligations. Requests or approves amendments to contract terms and extensions. Prepares requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs), including specifications and requirements. Maintains relationships with contractors.
