Senior Contract Counsel - Commodity Trading

Glencore seeks a highly experienced lawyer to join our Contract Specialist Team in Baar, Switzerland. The role supports a fast-paced global commodity trading business, drafting, negotiating and advising on complex agreements while balancing legal risk with business objectives.

The successful candidate will manage complex matters end-to-end, partner with Trading, Operations, Group Legal and Compliance, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
