Senior Contract & Commercial Manager

Accenture Malaysia's Legal and Commercial Services (LCS) team is seeking a Contract Associate Manager to oversee commercial contracts across the full lifecycle, partnering with sales, delivery, finance, legal, and client stakeholders to maximize value and ensure compliance.

You will draft and negotiate SOWs and NDAs, manage risk, support pre‑sales, and provide guidance to project teams. Travel as needed and mentorship of junior staff are part of the role.
