Senior Consultant - Oracle Field Service Cloud

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant with experience on Oracle Field Service Cloud and other Oracle CX Cloud applications including implementation of end-to-end field service solutions, workforce optimization, and mobility-driven service execution. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Oracle Field Service Cloud, complemented by experience in Fusion Service Cloud and Oracle ERP integrations, and a broad understanding of service lifecycle processes across field operations.This role will require to play key role in application managed services or application implementations and contribute to different phases of project lifecycle including leading requirements gathering, solution design, or production support and play an important role in the configuration, development, and deployment of the Oracle Field Service Cloud solution.
