Location: Greater Toronto Area Responsibilities
Lead Microsoft 365 and Copilot engagements by assessing client needs, designing AI-driven productivity solutions, and providing strategic guidance on M365/Copilot adoption, implementation, and optimization. Deliver consulting services to clients, including Microsoft 365/Copilot readiness assessments, governance frameworks, user enablement strategies, training, and adoption with Microsoft 365 applications. Interact with client stakeholders to become a trusted advisor throughout the project. Understand business strategy and objectives by studying the business function, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats. Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements for services to meet business needs. Lead workshops to gain insights into end user and customer needs.
