You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction, overseeing on-site project execution from start to finish. This role emphasizes coordination with Project Managers, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You’ll also oversee subcontractor activities and prepare detailed project reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate all on-site construction activities effectively
• Track project progress and communicate with Project Managers
• Interpret drawings and specifications to ensure compliance
• Supervise subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality
• Prepare daily production and cost reports accurately
