Responsibilities

• Managing real estate construction and fit‑out projects such as office and light industrial buildings, as well as decarbonization projects in such buildings from start through end.
• Ensuring implementation of Siemens Guidelines valuing Sustainability, Digitalization and Safety on site.
• Responsible for efficient project execution and targets achievement. You ensure compliance with the required quality, timely completing, and time/cost efficiency.
• Report regularly on project status and progress to management stakeholders and the Siemens Real Estate Construction and/or Decarbonization programs management.
