Senior Compliance & Fund Operations Manager (MAS / VCC)
A well-established hedge fund with operations in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to oversee regulatory compliance, fund operations, and governance matters across its Singapore-regulated entities and fund structures, including Variable Capital Companies (VCCs). The firm is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and manages alternative investment strategies across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance (MAS)
- Act as the primary compliance lead for MAS-regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Act (SFA), including Capital Markets Services (CMS) licence obligations.
- Maintain and enhance the firm’s compliance framework, policies, and procedures in line with MAS requirements (e.g. SFA, FAA, AML/CFT Notices, TRM Guidelines).
