One of our leading AI companies is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to evaluate, modernize, and scale our compensation strategy for a rapidly evolving AI and cybersecurity organization. We are looking for a strategic leader who can assess our current compensation philosophy, job architecture, leveling framework, benchmarking methodology, and supporting technology ecosystem, while partnering closely with HR and business leaders to define what best in class looks like for the next phase of our growth.
This is a discover → assess → recommend → implement engagement. The ideal consultant will bring both deep compensation expertise and a strong understanding of the talent markets that power AI, cybersecurity, software engineering, product development, and go-to-market organizations. The engagement will culminate in actionable recommendations and implementation support with a target rollout aligned to our upcoming merit cycle.
