About The Role

Part of a local team supporting high‑standard commercial activities for housing properties, delivering best‑in‑class commercial acumen, customer service, and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.

• Management of local commercial team and processes to facilitate timely and accurate invoicing of the client, overhead and cost control of the contract, including salaries, vehicles, equipment, tools, stock, petty cash, to ensure maximisation and protection of profit, cash flow & conversion, risk aversion and accurate performance reporting in line with agreed standard operating procedures and client reporting protocols.
