Senior Commercial Manager - Crawley (Hybrid) - £75,000
We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join one of our clients, a leading defence and aerospace company, on their military avionics team.
You’ll work on high-profile domestic and export projects, helping shape commercial strategy and manage contracts that make a real impact. Some travel in the UK and occasionally overseas will be part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the main commercial point of contact for customers, resolving queries and building strong relationships.
- Support bid teams with proposals, pricing, and commercial strategy.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and amendments.
- Develop negotiation strategies, including payment terms and risk mitigation.
- Maintain contract baselines, ensure compliance, and support subcontract negotiations.
