Senior Coding Specialist Auditor

Performing through audit and providing feedback to coders on daily basis.
Day-to-day management of quality related issues.
Maintains record of client specific instructions, standard protocol and notes as may be required for coding and abstracting workflow.
Supporting in production as required by the management.
Ability to analyze quality trends and identifying the knowledge gaps for effective training requirements.

Able to conduct internal training sessions like practical case study discussion, client specific guidelines and refreshers on Official Coding Guidelines.

Performs monthly quality assurance reviews of tenured coding team members and probationary reviews for new or in-disciplined team members and provides feedback to the manager as required.
