Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled CMM Programmer / Metrology Team Lead to support the Aftermarket Inspection Center in Dallas, TX. This team plays a critical role in supporting part recovery and repair development for commercial turbine engines through advanced inspection and metrology processes. The ideal candidate will act as a site subject matter expert, driving precision, repeatability, and efficiency across both CMM and blue light/structured light inspection systems. This role is hands-on and will focus heavily on developing, validating, and optimizing automated inspection programs. You will establish standardized programming practices, ensure alignment with engineering requirements, and lead efforts around GD&T application and blueprint interpretation.
