12+ years’ experience in IT architecture or systems design supporting government/federal agencies; including 5+ years in a solutions architect role. Broad understanding of enterprise architecture, application development, integration patterns, and DevOps. Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance systems across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
