JOB OVERVIEW

This is a senior customer and partnership role focused on two connected areas of ownership:

• A strategic enterprise commerce media customer — serving as the primary day-to-day commercial and operational partner for one of Kevel’s most important customer relationships.
• A broader strategic partner relationship — helping Kevel organize, grow, and operationalize a larger partnership connected to shared customers, new opportunities, and broader commerce media growth.

This is not a traditional CSM role and it is not a standard account management role. It is a high‑impact client partnership role that combines customer leadership, commercial ownership, cross‑functional coordination, and strategic partner management.
