Job Description

The Senior Client Operations Officer, Depositary Operation Services PERES Malaysia is responsible for the accurate and timely operation of agreed day-to-day processes supporting transaction management, cash & security tracking, document management and ownership verification functions across the range of PERES structures and for reviewing the work of other administration team members in support of the maker‑checker process control function.

Working hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (Malaysia time)

• Accurate and timely input and validation of manual entries to cash and transaction reconciliation logs, collation of investment/divestment papers, and presentation metrics and control data.
• Ensure essential checks are complete and any outstanding items are recorded and cleared.
