This is a senior-level role for a Civil Engineer who wants autonomy, real responsibility, and the opportunity to lead projects from planning through construction—not just design behind a desk.
The ideal candidate brings expert experience in municipal and commercial development, public infrastructure, and client-facing leadership. You will serve as a key technical and professional representative of the firm, working directly with clients, cities, counties, architects, developers, and elected/appointed bodies.
