High-Level Description The Senior Civil Engineer serves as the engineering lead on assigned facilities projects. The role oversees design executed by third‑party engineering firms, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards, specifications, budget, schedule, and scope. Coordination with Enbridge internal groups (Project Execution, Operations, Shared Services) guarantees project and company requirements are incorporated into deliverables.
