THE ROLE |
Working as part of the team and reporting to the Head Chef, you will assist with the coordination of the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. You will assist in leading food preparation of the main service and based on business requirements support single banquet operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES| 
Worked closely with the event team to coordinate kitchen and service operations.
Support daily kitchen production for restaurant service and large-scale banquets.
